• Other states: Deeds are automatically generated from your input without manual editing or verification.
7. Notarization & Recording
Deeds must be properly signed, witnessed, notarized, and recorded with the appropriate county Clerk of Court.
Local requirements and fees vary by county.
We do not guarantee that your lender, title company, or county clerk will accept your deed, and acceptance remains your responsibility.

9. Refunds and Abandoned Orders
- All Sales Final: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except as required by law or if the error is ours.
- Abandoned Orders: If you fail to provide required information within 30 days, your order may be canceled as abandoned.

- Informal Resolution: Before arbitration, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution within 30 days of written notice.
- Location: Arbitration will take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or remotely if permitted.
- No Class Actions: You waive any right to participate in class or representative actions.
